At HerMento Wellness, we believe that every good gift comes from above (James 1:17). We see each order as more than a package—it is a blessing we’ve been entrusted to prepare and deliver with care. Our prayer is that when your items arrive, they remind you to pause, nourish your body, and draw closer to the One who created you.

Processing & Handling

  • Each order is prayerfully and carefully packaged within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and the Sabbath).

  • During high-volume times such as new launches, holidays, or seasons of rest, we may take a little longer to process your order, ensuring excellence and integrity in every detail.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Orders: Standard delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Delivery varies by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Just as God watches over each sparrow (Matthew 10:29), we keep watch to ensure your package makes its way safely to you.

International Customs & Duties

  • For orders outside [your country], customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs processes may sometimes cause unexpected delays. We kindly ask for patience, trusting that all things arrive in their appointed time (Ecclesiastes 3:1).

Damages, Delays & Lost Packages

We take every step to protect and prepare your order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hourswith photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
Though we cannot control postal delays or losses, we are committed to walking alongside you and assisting in the resolution process.

Sabbath Shipping Pause

As a Seventh-day Adventist Christian business, we honor the Sabbath. Orders placed close to Friday sunset through Saturday sunset will be processed once the Sabbath hours have ended. This allows us to rest in the Lord (Exodus 20:8–11) and return refreshed to serve you with excellence.
