Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hermento Wellness, we believe in serving with integrity and care. Each product is made thoughtfully, using the gifts of nature God has provided (Genesis 1:29). Because of the personal nature of skincare and body care items, we ask for your understanding in the policies below.


Returns

  • For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns on skincare, body care, or wellness products once they have been opened or used.

  • If you receive an item that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly work with you to find a solution that reflects fairness and care.
